The award follows Sun Princess’ recent distinction as Condé Nast Traveler’s Mega Ship of the Year, further cementing its reputation as a standout in luxury cruising.

The 2025 winners were selected through a comprehensive process, including expert reviews, consumer feedback, and real-world testing by Good Housekeeping’s editorial team. The Sun Princess has launched a new era in cruising with the introduction of the Sphere Class ship platform, designed exclusively for Princess Cruises. A true marvel of engineering, Sun Princess recently completed a successful inaugural Mediterranean season and is now making waves in the Caribbean following its debut in Ft. Lauderdale. Next year, its sister ship, Star Princess, will join the fleet in Fall 2025, offering Caribbean itineraries alongside Sun Princess before transitioning to Alaskan voyages in Spring 2026.
